Reservations
The reservation is not confirmed if it does not reach the hotel within 3 days, the relevant deposit equal to 30% of the amount of the stay.
The deposit must be sent via bank transfer to the following IBAN:
IT81E 030 690 93011 0000 0000 744
specifying name, surname and date of stay.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation of the reservation within fourteen days of the arrival date, the deposit will not be returned, but can be used for another stay, depending on availability and by the end of the winter season.
Weekends are excluded.
In case of cancellation of the reservation starting from thirteen days before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded and it will not be possible to use it on other dates.

The full amount will be charged upon confirmation of the booking

The rooms and the car park, managed by the management upon delivery of the keys, are available from 2:00pm on the day of arrival to 10:00am on the day of departure
