Reservations

The reservation is confirmed when a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay is received by the hotel within 2 days.

The deposit must be sent via bank transfer to the following IBAN:

IT81E 030 690 93011 00000000 744

Made out to Albergo Regina, indicating Name – Surname – Date of stay.

If these conditions are not met, the reservation will be considered canceled.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation of the reservation up to a maximum of seven days before the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded but may be used for another date, subject to the hotel’s availability and within the end of the current season.

In case of cancellation of the reservation within less than seven days, the deposit will not be refunded and cannot be used for another date.

General conditions

The rooms are available from 2:00pm on the day of arrival to 10:00am on the day of departure.
